Mike joined the Osprey Cove team in January of 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in the golf industry, working for several companies. During that time, he has held roles of Cart Attendant, Head Golf Professional, General Manager, Operations Manager, and Regional Manager. He has managed clubs in many parts of the country including Texas, New Jersey, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, California, Arizona, and Washington. He started his club career after college at UTEP and a 7 year career in the Air Force National Guard, including 2 years of active duty.
Marissa is a local native of Amelia Island, Florida who came to the Osprey Cove family in May of 2016. As a loving Mother of two and wife to a Navy Submariner her unique situation carried her to Pearl Harbor Hawaii for four years before returning back to the main land in Kings Bay, Georgia in 2008. From there Marissa pursued a career at Target incorporated starting from the bottom where her perseverance and leadership skills were quickly recognized as evidenced by her managerial promotion to Guest Service Senior Team Leader. Marissa joined Osprey Cove as the manager of the River Club, and has been promoted to Membership Sales Coordinator. Exceeding expectations is her goal here at Osprey Cove.
Kate joined the Osprey Cove team in 2016, coming to us from Laurel Island Links where she spent eight years working as the Executive Chef, Front of House Manager, and ultimately the Food and Beverage Manager. Kate has 18 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and is a certified wedding planner and events coordinator.
Chef Max Baker
Max Baker is a professionally trained chef, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Max has a knack for Southwestern cooking and a flare for fine dining, but he is highly skilled in wide array of culinary arts. Max brings a great amount of experience to the table, and is a perfect fit to bring more value to the membership with his knowledge and expertise. He is highly focused on creating new, fun menus for members of Osprey Cove, and he is extremely motivated in his new position.
Bridget Wenum has a MS in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Social Psychology. She spent 8 years as a Yeoman in the U.S. Navy with her final duty station as NSB Kings Bay. After leaving the Navy, she remained in Camden County with her family and has been a resident of Camden for 25 years. She is a graduate of Leadership Camden, Camden County Citizens Academy and the CCSO Citizens Academy.
During her time in Camden she has worked in a variety of roles including working for our local school system in the Fine Arts Department and for our local newspaper the Tribune & Georgian as an Advertising Sales Representative. Additionally, she has worked with a variety of local non-profit organizations both as a staff member and as a volunteer. She has also remained extremely involved with the military by serving as Command Ombudsman for over six years, the Silver Chairman for the Dolphin Scholarship for one year and as the Ombudsman Assembly Coordinator for one year.
